One low annual fee covers preventative care and includes discounts on dental implant maintenance. If you’re part of our membership program, your exclusive discount can be applied directly toward eligible treatments.
During your implant consultation, we’ll:

- Clearly show your adjusted cost before you make any decisions

What if I'm already enrolled in the standard Capital Dental membership plan?
If you are already enrolled in our standard membership plan, you will not need to pay the startup fee again. Any payments you’ve already made will be applied toward the new membership, and you’ll simply pay the difference.
