Dr. Brandon Chapek is an experienced implant dentist at the Capital Dental Implant & Surgery Center with a focus on surgical excellence and long-term implant success. Using advanced 3D imaging, precise digital planning, and IV sedation, he helps patients achieve strong, functional, and natural-looking results from consultation through final smile delivery.

Dr. Addison Killeen brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, innovation, and leadership to Capital Dental Implant & Surgery Center. He founded six dental offices in Lincoln, launched the Dental Success Network to mentor dentists nationwide, and leads Capital Dental, a flagship practice known for advanced technology and an exceptional patient experience.
Meet Dr. Killeen
Dr. Sean Herschberger is an expert in radiological analysis and performs deep dives into dental imaging to create the perfect implant procedure plan for your needs. Dr. Hershberger is a certified oral and maxillofacial radiologist by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is licensed to administer moderate sedation, making him a key member of Capital Dental’s Implant & Oral Surgery Center.

We evaluate your oral health, review imaging, and determine whether dental implants or alternatives like crowns, bridges, or veneers are the best solution. You’ll meet with the doctor, review treatment options, understand costs, and explore financing.
We gather detailed scans to plan implant placement and design your new smile. During Smile Creation Day, implants are placed, and your new smile is delivered in one appointment under sedation.
The implants heal and integrate with the bone. Once healing is complete, Smile Reveal Day delivers your final smile, followed by ongoing maintenance to protect your results.
